Spring Yoga Workshop

Dear Yogis,
You are invited to come along and join this Spring Yoga workshop.

The workshop will include asana, pranayama breathing practices and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra and as ever is open to everyone.

Learn how to transition through the season with ease and grace with information on diet, and small lifestyles changes that help us embrace the season.

Yoga Classes

We offer regular Yoga classes during the daytime, the evening and at weekends. We also teach one to one Yoga and often run more specialised classes and workshops.

Pilates Classes

Pilates targets the deep postural core muscles, building strength from the inside out, re-balancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.

One to One Yoga

We will help you to identify changes that you would like to make for yourself, design a personal programme and then use Yoga practices according to your needs.
