Pilates Classes @ The Inner Place

Pilates is a great way to improve posture, core strength and flexibility whilst becoming more balanced and reducing stress. STOTT Pilates is a world renowned contemporary teaching method based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates but modified according to latest research on spinal health and sports science.

The series of mat based exercises can simply help you to perform everyday tasks in a pain-free, more co-ordinated and controlled way or they can help you to improve sports performance and other training. Beginners to intermediate levels are catered for so no matter what your age or ability, Claire will have a class to meet your needs. Class numbers are purposefully kept small so we can check alignment and modify exercises safely for the client.

In addition to the classes offered at The Inner place, Claire holds 20 other group classes in the local area per week. One to one tuition and small private groups are also available.
